Dreaming
Keith’s latest standalone novel
It can be a struggle to do the right thing, both during life and beyond…
Dreaming follows three generations of the Carson family; David and his son Edward, both drafted and sent off to war only to die in the first hour of the D-Day invasion (David) and the Easter offensive as a Huey helicopter pilot in Vietnam (Edward). Patriotic grandson Jack decides to control his own destiny by going to West Point and becoming an U.S. Army Ranger, only to die in the failed 1993 assault in Mogadishu, Somalia.
One by one, David, Edward and Jack return to the Manhattan spirit realm in the city they grew up in, and join the rebel cause fighting to free themselves and their fellow spirits from the repressive and unscrupulous American oligarch spirits; better known during life as robber barons, and their nationwide hierarchy network. The rebels are led by several famous New York City spirits fighting side by side with many other brave rebel spirits; all of whom are trying to do the right thing for the good of all innocent men, women and children spirits, and all those yet to come.
Dreaming is a thoughtful, action packed adventure that spans eight decades.
The Last Immortal
Janus Stone, a 1200 year old immortal, makes a split second decision to irreversibly transform himself into a hologram in a desperate attempt to save his infant son, Chad, and lifelong friend Markus from the attacking Mitel Armada.
From the moment their USEP (Universal Speed Escape Pod) leaves planet Thrae for Earth, Janus knows that the relentless Mitel Empire will one day come searching for them to secure the secrets of immortality and Human Hybrid technology. Emperor Zan Liss must choose between carrying out the orders of the brutally repressive Mitel leadership or follow his parent’s footsteps by aiding the growing Mitel resistance. Major Michael Talbot and the United States military continue to search for whom or what survived the USEP crash landing in upstate New York. When the Mitels attack Earth, sixteen year old Chad must use all of his extraordinary powers to attempt to save the planet.
With technology on par with The Martian, the buildup of The Last Jedi, and action and suspense, The Last Immortal is a thoroughly enjoyable ride.
Return to Thrae
The Battle for Mitel
The Battle for Mitel is a thrilling adventure, and the sequel to The Last Immortal and Return to Thrae. After Lon Rexx executes the brutally repressive Mitel Leadership in a fit of rage, wealthy weapons manufacturer, Adrian Sidd, steps into the void to take their place. Meanwhile, Rexx unexpectedly escapes Sidd’s assassination attempt and embarks on an extraordinary and challenging personal journey. As Sidd gears up to unleash thousands of second generation mechanical Battle Spheres on both planet Thrae and the Nomas’s underground city, the two groups join forces with the Mitel resistance to launch a risky surprise attack on planet Mitel. Their goal: to achieve lasting peace. The attack’s ultimate success will hinge on an incredibly complex Nomas invention known as the Doomsday Device. With both new and returning characters, thrilling battle scenes, suspense, and unexpected twists and turns, The Battle for Mitel is an action packed journey you don’t want to miss. The time for reckoning has arrived!
The Battle for Mitel
“The Last Immortal was an impressive read. I enjoyed how it made me think about the possibilities of future science and through that gave me inspiration to think for myself where else science could go. I have read a lot of science fiction books yet few of them go into such detail of the mechanics of how things work in its theoretical space. ”
